Mike Keough

As Director of Preconstruction, Mike is responsible for
leading Triumph’s estimating and design-build services during all stages of the project. His 20+ years of preconstruction and estimating experience includes the following markets: Industrial, Food & Beverage, Senior Living, Retail, Manufacturing, Tenant Improvement, and Processing.

Mike is involved in the project from the initial conceptual
estimating stage, design and constructability review, through the permitting
and final approval stage. His skills in value engineering and cost effect
problem solving position Triumph to provide quality at the highest level while
also maintaining the owner’s budget.
