John Gallagher is an experienced construction professional with extensive experience in Industrial (Manufacturing, Storage, Distribution facilities; Speculative and Build-to-Suit), Muli-Family, Senior-Living, and Tenant Improvements in various markets throughout the country.

John has extensive experience in all phases of a project’s lifecycle from site selection, due diligence, and entitlements to preconstruction and estimating all the way through completion and occupancy/operation. He brings a passion for construction combined with a strong attention to detail and intent focus on project schedule, budget, and quality with the ultimate  goal of delivering a successful project for Triumph’s clients and all project stakeholders.
