Vice President of Operations

Jayson is a construction professional with a passion for building. He has completed projects in numerous product types including healthcare, office, multi-family/senior care, and education with a heavy focus on industrial spec/build-to-suit, manufacturing, food & beverage, and distribution facilities. His focus is on project analytics such as estimating/budget review, cost and change management, schedule management, and conflict resolution. Paramount in Jayson’s role is to ensure a safe work environment for all Triumph Design Build employees, subcontractors, and clients.

His career progression from entry level assistant project manager through operations manager/upper management has allowed him to experience the roles and tasks required of each team member and how to best manage those traits for a successful project. Current responsibilities include managing the operations of Triumph Design Build as well as helping pursue the strategic goals of the company.
