Chad Bouck

Chad’s focus throughout his career has been in the core vertical markets of design build warehouse industrial and E-commerce, Food & Beverage, Commercial, Multi-Family, Healthcare, Renovation and Education markets.

His construction experience started in field operations as a union carpenter and Project Superintendent and evolved to business operations and executive leadership. His management experience includes Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Director/Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Vice President and Senior Vice President. He has operated in markets across the US, with a focus on the Chicagoland area. Client experience ranges from local developers to Fortune 500 build to suit users.

Leading change and strategic goal setting are among primary areas of focus for Chad. Diversification and Business Development techniques to enhance the company portfolio while placing people first by building and maintaining a culture centered around people, family and trust are key areas of focus.
